Dinner on Tuesday, May 23rd

Decided to post what I come up with for dinners. When shopping, I grab my favorite ingredients that are on the OK-to-Consume list and figure out how make them work together later. The asparagus at Earth Fare this weekend was massive and a good-lookin’ color, so that will be the featured ingredient of a vegetable side to go with my leftover chicken breast.
